Dear readers, even in this hard moment and despite the health emergency, Borghi magazine will be regularly on newsstands to make you keep dreaming, visit places even while sitting comfortably at home (the most beautiful journey is what you do inside of your own room, as Xavier de Maistre said) and to plan new trips when the epidemic will be over. We use this period of forced reclusion to imagine new ways to go through in a world we would see different and in which, beyond profit, beauty finds space in all its forms: those of nature and culture, art and creativity, goodness and mutual respect.

is the owner of the I Borghi Magazine and sells its products through the borghipiubelliditalia.it website, in compliance with these General Conditions of Use and Sale, in reference to Legislative Decree 206/05 of the Consumer Code.
The ‘Ser Servizi Srl’, in order to make the purchase of its products more clear and transparent, pays particular attention to the publication of all the necessary information relating to the products on sale with the aid of ‘cards’ containing detailed information relating to the characteristics of the product and possibly accompanied by illustrative / explanatory images.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

If the request formulated through an online order cannot be immediately processed, you will be notified by e-mail or by telephone from our Customer Service within one working day of receipt of the order.
SELLING PRICES
The sales prices indicated on the website borghipiubelliditalia.it/magazine/ are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT and include shipping costs.
The list price is in euros and is systematically indicated in a clear and transparent manner. The ‘Ser Servizi Srl’ reserves the right to change the prices at any time, undertaking to give adequate and timely communication, without prejudice to the validity of the prices confirmed at the conclusion of the purchase order.
PURCHASE ORDER
To place an order on the website borghipiubelliditalia.it/magazine/, the customer must select the product by choosing between ‘Single Magazine’, ‘Paper Subscription’ and ‘Digital Subscription’ and make the payment by clicking on the respective PayPal button; if not registered with the payment system in question, the buyer can easily provide the details of a valid credit card and conclude the transaction.
With the sending of the order by the customer and the simultaneous payment by PayPal, a sales contract is formalized. In any case it is possible to cancel the order within the time frame prescribed in the ‘Cancellation of an Order’ section.
CANCEL AN ORDER
The customer can cancel the order within 12 hours from the date of confirmation of purchase on our site, and in any case always before the shipment takes place, communicating it promptly and without delay to the telephone number +39 06 36004654 or by sending an e-mail message at the address abbonamenti@borghimagazine.com.
‘Ser Servizi Srl’ will reimburse the amount within 4 working days from the date of cancellation.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
There is no provision for returning the goods or replacing them, unless the product is delivered damaged. In this case the burden of proof is borne by the buyer.
Finally, the right of withdrawal is envisaged within 15 days of receipt of the goods; in this case shipping costs for returning the product are to be paid by the purchaser.
ITEM SHIPPING
The products purchased on the site borghipiubelliditalia.it/magazine/, are delivered according to the type of product chosen: paper format or digital format.
PAPER FORMAT (Available only on Subscription to 11 exits)
By purchasing the paper subscription you will receive monthly – at the address indicated when paying on PayPal – the editions of the magazine starting from the number following the month of purchase (for example: if you make the purchase during January, the first copy will be delivered in February). The delivery of the magazine issue to Poste Italiane for shipping takes place by the 6th of the month. Delivery to the customer depends on the time of the Italian Post Office (generally within 4, 5 working days). The shipment is currently scheduled only in Italy.
DIGITAL FORMAT
The digital delivery of the single product takes place after payment.
The digital delivery of the ‘Subscription’ product is made by notification sent to the email box containing the link for direct access to the file in pdf format.
What is “BORGO”.
The literal translation of Borgo in English would be “Village”. But the term Village does not fully explain what a “Borgo” is. A “Borgo” is a fascinating small Italian town, generally fortified and dating back to the period from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance.
